New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme

For Investors who have net assets not less than HK$ 30 million and would like immigrate to Hong Kong can apply through the New Capital Investment Entrant Scheme (“NCIES”).

Qualifications for Applying “NCIES”:
- Be aged 18 or above at the time of applying for net asset assessment to the Scheme;
- Have net assets of not less than HK$30 million to which he/she is absolutely beneficially entitled throughout the two years preceding his/her application;
- Have invested of not less than HK$30 million Net in the permissible investment assets to which he/ she is absolutely beneficially entitled;
- Be able to demonstrates that he/she has no adverse immigration record and meets normal immigration and security requirements; and
- Be able to demonstrate that he/she is capable of supporting and accommodating himself and his dependants, if any, on his own without relying on any return on the permissible investment assets, employment or public assistance in Hong Kong.
